PHOTOS AND LOTS DETAILS COMING SOON GST PAYABLE: (YES) 10% will be added to the final online bid price and buyer's premium. BUYER'S PREMIUM: (YES) 10% applies and GST is charged on the premium regardless the GST status of the seller. 'LETS NEGOTIATE' REFERRALS: Should an item/lot fail to reach the sellers expectations (reserve) during the auction, the highest bidder will have first right of refusal in the negotiation process between seller and sale agent on that item if it displays LETS NEGOTIATE. Any item not sold to the high bidder within 12 hours of an auction item ending will then be open to public offers via the selling agent/representative listed in the catalogue. Simply click on the CONTACT tab next to DETAILS and TERMS in the item description. BIDDING TERMS: Bidders are advised to read the Terms & Conditions thoroughly when registering to bid. We also ask that logged users makes themselves familiar with the relevant sale information and read each lot description and view all auction images in the catalogue prior to placing bids.  What is a 'MAXIMUM BID' and 'CUSTOM BID' when bidding in an auction? Your 'MAXIMUM BID' amount is the highest price you are willing to pay for an item from the lowest bid currently shown/accepted and the computer will then bid on your behalf. The computer will only bid if another buyer bids on the same item during the auction up to your maximum. A 'CUSTOM BID' is a manual bid that will jump the current bid price shown (straight away) to the price you are willing bid. You can place custom bids at anytime (increments set by the Auction Exchange) and you can re-raise both your Maximum Bid/s and Custom Bid/s at anytime and only while an item is still accepting bids. NO BIDS WILL BE CANCELLED: It is your obligation to take care whilst bidding and once a bid has been placed, it cannot be retracted. Only under special or extreme circumstances would a bid retraction be authorized. PAYMENT TERMS: Auction invoices are to be paid in full to the selling agents within 24 hours of the auction closing. DO NOT BID if you cannot pay for items and adhere the Terms & Conditions. Should a winning bidder default/fail to pay for any items (sold to them when the timer ends) it will result in the Auction Exchange engaging a collection agency/group to recover the funds along with all out of pocket expenses. AS IS WHERE IS: The Auction Exchange and Selling Agents themselves make no guarantees as to the mechanical status, functionality, suitability and or general condition of any lots offered and sold. *While all care has been taken in compiling the catalogue - please note that all photos, videos, descriptions and documentation presented online are a guide only and inspections are recommended prior to bidding.
